Valve-regulated lead-acid batteries that are installed in cabinets require sufficient air circulation to achieve equal temperature for all cells or monoblocs. Monitoring or control systems may be used. For selection of the correct size of a stationary battery manufacturers issue data curves and tables with the performance dates and installation rules to their customers.
