Configure the inter-organizational connection agreements to create contacts in Active Directory. Use either the Active Directory Administration Tool or the ADSI Edit snap-in to assign the 252 values SMTP X500 to the msExchInterOrgAddressType attribute on the connection agreement object in Active Directory.
