Out of 567 bovine serum sample Bovine Serum RBPT STAT I- the prevalence of brucellosis in 391 cattle were found to be ELISA 31 391 34 391 and 42 391 shows positive by RBPT Article Info STAT and I- ELISA respectively and 176 buffaloes tested serum sample the seroprevalence were found to be 17 176 19 176 Accepted and 22 176 positive by RBPT STAT and I- ELISA respectively. 17 June 2020 Available Online The seroprevalence of brucellosis to this region may have public health 10 July 2020 significance. It is recommended that good management and hygienic practices shall be performed during handling of cattle and buffaloes.
