Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa những kỹ năng của sinh viên và khả năng được tuyển dụng dựa trên khảo sát sinh viên bằng bảng hỏi sử dụng thang Likert 5 mức độ. The survey includes 490 students whose majors are foreign languages. The results show that there are differences in the level of awareness between the first year students, the third year students andthe final year students. The data analysis reveales that most of the students believe that the university reputation has an important role in their employability (Mean= ); they are willing do any kind of work provided that it matches their skills and experience (Mean=); therefore, to ensure a success in job seeking, the students still need a number of other skills. Among the skills mentioned in the survey, teamwork skills, adaptabilityskills, active listening skills, risk-takingskills, public speaking skills and critical thinking skills are believed to be more effectively contributing factors to employability in comparison with the other skills.
