In many studies, there are many factors that motivate migrants. However, the push-pull theory is still a throughout factor that influences other factors. Studies on free labor migration from rural to urban areas looking for jobs in Vietnam are not an exception. It is the "pull" forces of destination and the "push" forces of the departure places where local people face many difficulties have created the movement of population in society. This is as "old" as the earth, requiring all levels of the Party leaders and authorities to have the right recognition and appropriate behavior.
