It is said that customer satisfaction is the primary goal for most service firms to achieve a long-term relationship with both present and potential customers [1-4]. Many scholars also argue that customer value and customer satisfaction are the source of competitive advantage for modern companies [3, 5-7]. Research on the behaviour of mobile services states that service quality has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction [2, 4, 5, 8, 9].
