Bài viết phân tích chương trình đào tạo theo CDIO và hiện trạng xây dựng và phát triển chương trình đào tạo theo CDIO trên thế giới và Việt Nam. Đồng thời bài viết còn trình bày thực trạng về tình hình đào tạo, nhu cầu tuyển dụng nguồn nhân lực ngành kỹ thuật điện - điện tử trường Đại học Tây Đô.
