To create a Dreamweaver MX site you need a minimum of two pieces of information on the Advanced tab Site Name A name used only within Dreamweaver MX to refer to all of the folders subfolders and files for a site as a single collection. The site name is only visible within Dreamweaver MX. Local Root Folder The top-level folder for the Web site. Click the folder icon next to the Local Root Folder to browse to the folder that will contain the newly-created site. Dreamweaver MX displays the Choose Local Root Folder dialog box.
