Apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) is the most important fruit crop of Ladakh district in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and it is grown in the lower belt areas (Takmachik and Lehdo) of Ladakh. Apricot has some comparative benefits and advantages which is the result of different relief.
